Q: What countries do you deliver to?
A: We Deliver to all European countries + USA + Canada + Australia+ New Zealand + East Asia + Turkey + UAE.
We do NOT deliver to Mexico and some of the South American countries as well as Morocco and Lebanon.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For most of the countries, we have an agreement with DHL/FedEx/EMS which means our shipment and delivery never takes longer than 10 to 15 business days. For countries such as UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, we have an agreement with Aramex and that enables us to deliver within 10 business days.
However, depending on the country of the destination, the size of the item it can take up to 21 business days.
Q: Do you provide a warranty for your products?
A: All our products come with a 12 months warranty. To learn more, please read our terms of service. It can also beneficial to read through our refund policy.
Q: Do you charge TAX on top of the product price?
A: We charge exactly what is on the product page. No hidden fees. No unexpected charges. In order to satisfy our customers and simplify the entire purchase prosses, we do pay the import tax for all countries. It is part of our agreement with the cargo companies. so NO you will not have to pay anything extra on top of the displayed amount.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We do accept Visa/Master/Amex/Discovery cards( debit & Credit)
We do NOT accept PayPal.
We strongly advise our customers to pay by their credit cards and not with the debit card. In case if you don't have a credit card then the debit card is the best option.
The reason being is, with credit card payments, you can safely transfer the amount and if there is any issue you can claim your money back.
Q: Do we need to pay Tax for the items?
A: For small items, you will not have to pay any Tax or additional fees.
For some items, however, you may need to pay a tariff or importing Tax.
We have a solid contract with all the transport companies such as DHL, FedEx,
Aramex, TNT, and EMS. Therefore for most of the products and countries, all the Taxes and The tariff is covered by Home.Decor.Ligh.Store.
You may, however, need to pay some other fees for local authorities which is completely out of our control. We are an international company and we deliver all over the world, so, unfortunately, there is no way we can control or know about each county's additional fees.
